During this session we go through a detailed discussion of your current concerns, medical background, followed by physical examination to assess your movement, posture and form accurate diagnosis.
Report of findings & 1st treatment

This is your second visit. During this session, we explain your diagnosis, what is causing the issue and the recommended care plan to ease your symptoms. You will receive you first treatment as long as you are suitable for it.

The session focus on treatment. The techniques used will depend on your diagnosis and may include hands-on osteopathic techniques, soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, and personalised rehabilitation guidance.
